  EDIT: Natasha from Its My Style reached out to us an gave a full refund of the delivery fee. She was very apologetic and eager to address this concern. Thank you so much for correcting this!!
  
  Had a poor experience unfortunately. Purchased a couch and paid to have it delivered and put inside of our home. Our home is old and has smaller doorways, and upon arrival, the staff did not even attempt to bring the couch inside. They said we would have to pick a smaller piece of furniture with store credit and we were not eligible for a full refund, plus we would have to pay another delivery fee. Went to the store to pick something else out but were unable to find something we liked. Decided to pick up the couch and try to get it in the house ourselves. Within 15 minutes, my boyfriend and his friend had the couch in the living room with NO DAMAGE and NO PROBLEM. I called Furniture and More to ask for a refund on the delivery fee I had paid to have my couch installed. They said no. I’m out $80 for no reason. Bummer.
