  I ordered my washer and dryer a month ago, there was problems with the setting up in my house so Craig made arrangements and switched stuff around for me, it was supposed to be at my house last week, that didn’t happen so they PROMISED AND GUARANTEED me that it would be at my house today no later then 2:30. I call to check on it and it can’t happen by the time I was guaranteed. Now it’s put off again another day.
  I am so aggravated T the inconvenience of this situation that I’m ready to cancel my order and go elsewhere. I understand things happen, but more then once is just ignorant. I only have one star because it was the lowest score posssbile. In my opinion they deserve a zero.
